1. Digitization comes first

As part of our services, our digitization team will digitize all current client case files and populate the 8assist app with the digital documents.

We will discuss your existing records and the transition with your team as part of getting started. Use the demo request form to tell us about your organization and arrange that conversation. Please leave client names, case details, and other sensitive information out of the form.

2. When the free month starts

Your first free month starts on the day our digitization team finishes digitizing your client case files and populates the app with the digital documents. Both steps must be complete for the free month to begin.

The time spent digitizing files and populating the app before that completion date does not use up your free month. Requesting a demo does not start the free month.

3. Billing after the free month

After the first free month, billing will be determined by quote. Your quote sets out the applicable price and billing details for continued service after the free period.

These offer terms do not set a standard paid subscription price. Discuss your quote and any questions about subsequent billing with the 8assist team.
